i am shocked that last exorcism is pg-13. the trailer looked hard r. Not suprised about the last airbender though.

  2. wrongturn687 says:

The rating for Last Excorcism is kind of a letdown. I was really hoping for a darker more disturbing Excorcism flick, but now I feel it will be no different than Emily Rose. Sure Emily Rose was solid, but it could have went alot further and hopefully this flick still turns out being good. But, now I'm seriously not looking forward to dealing with a bunch of annoying teens with their damn cellphones on in the theatre.

R for The Expendables! SWEET! (I am also a bit surprised at the rating for Last Exorcism, LOVED Emily Rose though, so maybe it will still be pretty good).

  5. MajorFilmFan says:

So, while you were all looking at the ratings for The Last Exorcism and The Expendables (both sound EXTREMELY stupid), Last Airbender got a rating. PG for Fantasy Action Violence. Wow. Did NOT expect that AT ALL! I was thinking PG-13 for some Intense Sequences of Violence and Thematic Elements.

  6. JM says:

First off, PG-13 for Last Exorcism?
Second off, PG for Last Airbender?

I was expecting R and PG-13, respectively. I feel they've both diminished their audiences significantly by doing that.

Also, how is "The Last Airbender" going to make any money? It's going up against Twilight, and nobody besides the diehard fans are going to go out and see a PG live action film (they'll think it's for kids) when there's a PG-13 release that everyone is interested in watching or at least talking about.
