Landis Directing 'Dogs'
Canine features seem to be the thing.
With last week's release of Must Love Dogs you probably would have wagered the friendly canine wouldn't have its own feature for quite some time yet just this morning Variety announced that New Line Cinema has set John Landis to helm the comedy Show Dogs a story about a homeless Jack Russell terrier thrust into the competitive world of dog shows.
Landis is probably best known for his directorial outings such as Animal House and An American Werewolf in London, now he will go for a more light-hearted laugh when directing the over two-year-old Mike Bender script.
