Pop Sugar has posted a batch of images of Kristen Stewart on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman where she plays the titular Snow.
As you can see this will be a much different Snow White than you're used to seeing and is one of two Snow White features in production as Tarsem Singh is working on his Brothers Grimm adaptation of the popular story right now as well.
As for this version, Snow is still considered the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Charlize Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the one girl threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her.
The film is being directed by Rupert Sanders and will hit theaters on June 1, 2012. For official looks at each character you can browse my gallery for the film here.

I have a feeling that if this film is good at all, it'll be really good. One of the most intriguing blockbusters of 2012.
I'm a self proclaimed doubted of Kristen Stewarts ability as an actress but I think that this looks interesting. Like the other guy said, genuinely interested to see if she can pull it off. Great Box Office Casting too.
Nothing against Kristen Stewart, but I hope she didn't sign on to this movie because it was sold to her as a more feminist Snow White. It will be interesting to see if she can pull off being "the fairest in the land" when compared to Charlize Theron. I never thought the mirror was saying Snow White was more just.
