How many earnest stories are out there about that subject that have heart. I'm a guy that rembers the last time i cried 10 years ago, but everytime i watch that movie at the end when george carlin tell's his son he just doesn't wanna be alone i well up. so i f a movie is powerful enough to envouk that suppressed male emotion out of me and i keep going back to do it to myself i have to ask what is so bad about it? and please don't say it was because of Lopez and Affleck's relationship, that has nothing to do with the story at hand. what is so bad about Jersey Girl? even if you hate Ben Affleck it's still a touching movie about single fatherhood.
