Kate Hudson Joins Cook's 'Bachelor No. 2'
Kate is back to work...
Kate Hudson has dropped her hubby, hooked up with her You, Me and Dupree co-star Owen Wilson and now it is back to work as she has signed up to star alongside Dane Cook in the comedy Bachelor No. 2 for director Howard Deutch and Lionsgate.
The film centers on Tank, a man hired to take girls out on terrible dates to prompt them to return to boyfriends they left. Conflict ensues when he offers his services to his best friend and falls for the girl. Hudson will play the love interest, Alexis. Jordan Cahan penned the screenplay.
Production is scheduled to begin in August in Boston with a third-quarter 2008 release.
