First Look at Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried in Andrew Niccol's 'In Time'
The rich are immortal and Timberlake and Seyfried are on the run
20th Century Fox just sent over the first two stills (view them in the slideshow above) from the Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfriend thriller In Time from director Andrew Niccol (Lord of War). The feature revolves around a society in which aging stops at the age of 25 and the rich are immortal, while the rest struggle to stay alive.
Timberlake plays Will Salas who is falsely accused of murder, he must figure out a way to bring down a system where time is money – literally – enabling the wealthy to live forever while the poor, like Will, have to beg, borrow, and steal enough minutes to make it through another day. Will is forced to go on the run with a hostage (Seyfried) and together this duo rages against the system, living minute to minute.
Fox is expected to preview the first trailer for the film this Thursday at San Diego's Comic Con and I wouldn't be surprised if it was released online around the same time. Timberlake, Seyfried and Niccol will be on hand in San Diego to warm up the crowd.
In Time co-stars Alex Pettyfer, Cillian Murphy and Bella Heathcote and is set to hit theaters on October 28, 2011.
