Jessica Biel Eyeing Role as Wonder Woman
Justice League casting rumors continue
This time around it is Variety reporting possible casting decisions for the superhero ensemble piece Justice League of America and Wonder Woman is the topic of conversation. Word form the trade is that Jessica Biel is in talks to play the Amazon superhero for director George Miller.
In the film Wonder Woman is expected to be featured along with Superman, Batman, the Flash and Aquaman. No solid casting has been announced yet, and even earlier today Australian movie site Moviehole was reporting that Australian actress Victoria Hill had tested for the role of Wonder Woman.
In all likelihood Biel will take on the role and the studio even denied Variety a comment saying that they would prefer to announce an entire cast rather than piecemeal deals. With production hoping to get underway in early 2008, expect official announcements soon, but even more rumors before then.
