Jessica Biel and Sharlto Copley Negotiating 'A-Team' Roles
I remain 50/50 on this venture
The Hollywood Reporter is confirming earlier reports saying District 9 star Sharlto Copley is in final negotiations to join the cast of Joe Carnahan's The A-Team. They also bring word Jessica Biel is in the same process.
Copley would portray "Howling Mad" Murdock while Biel would play the former love of Faceman (Bradley Cooper), an Army general who is now pursuing the team.
The duo join Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson in the television-show-brought-to-big-screen feature centering on a special forces team convicted of a crime they didn't commit and on the run from government forces. Neeson will play Col. John Hannibal Smith and Jackson has signed on as B.A. Baracus, the role originated by Mr. T in the television original.
THR says The A-Team begins production later this fall in Vancouver, although I had heard production was already underway. Either way, the film is set to hit theaters on June 11, 2010.

I´ll watch anything with Copley in it after District 9
Sharlto Copley was the only thing of any remote value in District 9 for me, so with Neeson and Cooper, it could be….kinda OK. Well… as long as they keep the theme music.
I'm pretty much a fan of all these guys/girl (cooper since alias, glad he's becoming a huge star; neeson especially after taken the man is primed for an action career reboot; sharlto copley chooses wisely and this should work out for him; biel is…well she's hot. Jackson…well ok I liked the idea of common doing it actually but whatev.) This movie has a crazy good cast.
Joe Carnahan is directing this Nuff said. Watch Narc and his BMW short Ticker. Even Smokin Aces which the story was shotty that hotel shootout with the big sniper rifle was money. This will be a kickass action movie.
