Yet again the upcoming Warner Bros. release Watchmen aims to dominate the news cycle as a Japanese trailer featuring new footage from the film as well as a new video journal have appeared online.
The video journal focuses on "The Minutemen" – the first team of superheroes in the graphic novel – made up of Silhouette, Mothman, Dollar Bill, Nite Owl, Captain Metropolis, Silk Spectre, Hooded Justice and The Comedian. Zack Snyder goes over their importance to the story in the featurette.
Both videos are featured below.
You can also watch the "The Minutemen" Video Journal at Apple in high definition.

Man, if they delay or cancel this…i will be really pissed off!!!
I don't remember The Comedian being at the Grassy Knoll in the novel. Was it in the comic and I'm just forgetting, or do you suppose it was something added?
Both looked impressive regardless.
whew, can't get enough of this promotional eye candy onslaught, wb.
@William: That bit seems to be Snyder's or the writers' artstic license at work. In the graphic novel the Comedian makes a joke at a dinner party in his honor in chapter nine responding to a question about his opinion of the conspiracy surrounding the deaths of would-be Watergate reporters Woodward and Bernstein, he basically calls it a bunch of crap but ends it with 'just don't ask where I was when I heard about JFK.'
Ah ok, I forgot that line, although remember the party.
Boy does Jackie Earle Haley look better and better as the choice for Rorshach.
