Jaden Smith has followed in his father's footsteps and director M. Night Shyamalan as he too has now posted an image from the set of his new film After Earth, only Jaden's is probably the most revealing yet.
Smith posted on his Who Say account the following image of him in full costume as he plays a young boy, who along with his father, navigate what remains of the Earth, one thousand years after it has been abandoned. The father and son must traverse the planet after their spaceship has crash landed on its surface.
Not much else is known outside of the fact Zoe Kravitz and Sophie Okonedo play the film's two female leads.
The project is set up at Columbia Pictures and will hit theaters on June 7, 2013. To check out the previously released photos from the set courtesy of Will Smith and Shyamalan, click here.

This looks promising so far.
what looks promising about it ? cant see anything but a boy in a suit here
I never was big on Shyamalan even when he was 'good' so I don't enough about this for it to stay on radar.
I stand by the idea of Shyamalan as a good director, just not writer. Also, a little anxious about Zoe Kravitz being a lead here; she's not much of an actress.
This movie looks really bad. Sorry M. Night.
I hate M. Night's recent works. This will probably be the last film I see from him if it doesn't end up well. I'll be there for the Smiths.
Here's the Shyamalan "twist" they went back to the past without knowing and repopulate the planet!
Or how about doesn't have a twist. Just like most of this films don't have twist other than Sixth Sense and Village. David Fincher has made more movies with twist endings.
And I'm talking about the Twilight Zone style. Not normal kind of twists that you expect in most kinds of films.
