International Trailer for 'The Texas Killing Fields' Starring Sam Worthington and Chloe Moretz
From Michael Mann's daughter, Ami Canaan Mann
Produced by Michael Mann and directed by his daughter, Ami Canaan Mann, The Texas Killing Fields is set to premiere at this year's Venice Film Festival where it popped up as part of their line-up, virtually out of the blue. The film stars Sam Worthington, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Chloe Moretz, Stephen Graham, Jessica Chastain and Jason Clarke.
The story is set in an area of coastal Texas dotted with oil refineries known to locals as "The Fields." There, a homicide detective (Worthington) fights two sets of fierce killers to save the life of a street kid named Little Anne (Moretz).
With the film premiering in Venice it only makes sense an Italian trailer is the first to surface. Have a look below and see if it piques your interest. Anchor Bay Films has picked it up for distribution, though a release date has not yet been announced.

i tried to watch it, but god i hate dubs
I don't really like the title (sounds too much like The Killing Fields and the Onion Field,) and I cannot understand a word that they are saying (obviously,) but it looks really good. A lot of terrific talent involved. Story looks to be told realistically enough. I'd see it.
