The Hunt is On, 'National Treasure 2' Begins in January
Cage back as treasure seeking adventurer

The film was already announced, and while Indiana Jones IV may never get underway work has begun on National Treasure 2 starring Nicolas Cage as Benjamin Franklin Gates, third generation treasure hunter.
MTV tells us the film will begin in January as producer Jerry Bruckheimer reveals a portion of the plot, "It's another little treasure hunt, and this time it involves [Abe] Lincoln and John Wilkes Booth and 18 pages which are actually missing from [Lincoln's] diary… What was in those 18 pages?"
Expected to join Cage in the flick are returning supporting cast members, Justin Bartha, Diane Kruger, Jon Voight and Harvey Keitel. Jon Turteltaub returns to the director's chair for Walt Disney Pictures.
