Hawke Heads to 'Staten Island'
A new indie for Ethan
Production Weekly is reporting that Ethan Hawke is set to star in Staten Island, an indie drama with James DeMonaco set to make his directorial debut from his own script.
The film is saif to intersect the storylines of three of the borough residents and struggles of getting ahead.
DeMonaco actually penned the script for the remake of Assault on Precinct 13, which starred Hawke. Filming on Staten Island is scheduled to begin late April in New York.
