Writer's strike hits "24" premiere date.
Amy Winehouse is back in the news and not for her singing! Hulk Hogan's son in trouble with the law, Britney can't seem to get it together to make her drug tests appointments and news on some of your favorite show's and where they stand in the ongoing writer's strike! Amy Winehouse is really not having a good year! Her house has been searched by police. The singer is said to be ok and was not arrested. The search was part of an ongoing police investigation. Reasons for the investigation were not disclosed. I'm sure we'll find out soon. [SOCIALITELIFE]
For all you "24" fans I have some bad news. Fox has just announced that Jack Bauer and the rest of the cast of "24"will not return as previously planned in January for their seventh season due to the writer's strike. Fox wants to air the show without interuptions during the hit series, so for now the show has been put on hold. [NEWS]
Michael Jackson who quickly faded away from the media spotlight after his 2005 trial has returned and will be on the December cover of Ebony magazine. The big news surrounding Jackson's shoot for the mag is "that he is normal" and could be hard at work on a comeback. [NEWS]
Mickey Rourke, from "Sin City", arrested for DUI while driving on a scooter in Florida. [NEWS]
Britney Spears is too busy these days to make time for a drug test. Apparently Spears has missed 8 out of 14 drug tests so far and K Fed's lawyers, who the popstar pays for, is getting pretty upset! [SOCIALITELIFE]

Heather Mills on the other hand has been on the rampage airing her dirty laundry all around town about her painful and emotional divorce from the singer, claiming that suicide was a thought at a point in time. After all the ranting and raving Mills has gone on to say she is not upset about Sir Paul's new flame! We'll see! This sounds like a Lifetime special in the making! [NYDAILYNEWS]
"Desperate Housewives" is another cast in the list of series that will venture out to the picket lines to show support for the writer's! In regards to how long this will go on? "My gut tells me at this point that it's going to be a long strike," Alan Brunswick, a former AMPTP counsel, told the Hollywood Reporter. " Other sources have estimated the strike to continue on until 2008! I'm sure I'll be keeping you up to date on this issue! [NEWS]
