Soprano's engagement! Lohan gets sued!

It's finally Friday! Your top stories in the news today – Britney Spears could be bipolar?! Donda West's autopsy results, McPhee gets dropped by her label, "Californication" could get what it deserves, Lohan sued, new reality show to air called "Celeb Rehab" on VH1 and more!

The official report on Donda West's unexpected death is out hopefully bringing some closure for her son rapper Kanye West. An autopsy performed on West seem to have resulted in more questions rather than the reason for her death. The autopsy was reported to be inconclusive. The L.A. County coroner's office findings explained that they discovered signs of – "coronary artery disease and multiple postoperative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty". However "the final manner of death could not be determined." Kanye West or his camp have yet to comment on the findings.

The former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez gets let of jail after serving just 18 days! Orginally sentenced to 180 days for drinking with an alcohol bracelet on and failure to complete her community service the actress was let out due to overcrowding. This is the second time she's managed to get out of jail early! [YAHOO]

After only one season "Californication" is up for a Golden Globe! I don't know if any of you watch "Californication"? It's funny and I couldn't stop watching it although I had to get used to watching David Duchovny in his role as Hank Moody because I was so use to him in "X-Files". Check out the clip it's a little long but interesting if you're a TV junkie who's having withdrawals for anything but this shit they have on now like "Crowned".

While were on the topic of crappy TV it looks like VH1 is adding another reality show to it's schedule. The title "Celebrity Rehab" follows the lives of troubled stars and their problems with alcohol and drug abuse. The 1st season and I'm sure the last will feature WWE wrestler Chyna, Brigitte Nielsen, Daniel Baldwin, porn star Mary Carey and the not so "American Idol" contestant Jessica Sierra. It sounds a little sick watching alcoholics for entertainment! [BH]

Lindsey Lohan might have cleaned up her act but she still can't run fast enough to get away from her haunting past! Lohan is now being sued by Tracie Rice who was injured last year in a car chase involving the actress. Lohan is being sued for unspecified damages along with the cost of the victims medical bills and other expenses. [ITN]

Tyra Banks will appear on the cover of Essense magazine's February issue. Banks speaks out about her successful and very busy career along with her hopes to one day have a family. The supermodel explains "After the talk show started, and I had Top Model at the same time, it engulfed me so much that it dulled my maternal instinct." Banks also shares her sadness towards her lack of relationships outside of her jobs – "I'd go to work and women would be crying in my arms on the talk show. But then I'd go home and put my key in my door and … nothing: no friends, no husband, no children. I feel so full when I'm at work but so empty when I come home." Don't get me wrong Tyra Banks could end up being the next Oprah but I would feel worse if I had to deal with being on "America's Next Top Model"! [PEOPLE]
