Heath Ledger's death ruled "accidental overdose"!

The body of Heath Ledger and his family have finally made it back to their hometown of Perth yesterday. No details have been released but it looks like the actor will finally be laid to rest this week. The family is keeping all information involving the funeral quiet right now. An Australian newspaper is claiming however that Ledger will be buried in a Perth cemetery next to his grandparents. The cause of death should be released today. [YAHOO]

New information involving the Spears-Lufti restraining order has been released. Britney's mother, Lynne, stated in the restraining order that manager and supposed friend Sam Lufti has been verbally abusing and drugging her daughter! Lynne Spears explained a little of the fight were Britney was seen sitting curbside in front of her house crying. "During Britney's and Sam's fight that evening, Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her kids." Lufti reportedly also told Lynne Spears that he grinded up medication like Risperdol and Seroquel, both used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder so he could slip them into her food. Lufti has also gone as far as too control Britney's phone calls. Spears is currently in UCLA Medical Center where she has been labeled "gravely disabled" and is undergoing treatment for her mental illness while her parents remain in control of her affairs. [ABC]
