Glover Picks Up a 'Shooter'
What is the exact name of this movie anyway?
Okay, I have heard this movie is called Shooter, The Shooter and Shooters, which one is it? Right now I have Shooter in the database, but Empire Online is reporting it as The Shooter as they bring us the news that Danny Glover has joined the cast of Antoine Fuqua helmed feature, which also stars Mark Wahlberg, Michael Pena, Rhona Mitra, Kate Mara and Eliza Bennett.
The film is based on "Point of Impact," a novel by Stephen Hunter, which centers around a master sniper (Wahlberg) lured out of a reclusive existence to prevent an assassination. He's double-crossed and hunted for a murder.
Apparently the film is expected to begin shooting next month.
