Gerard Overseas the Fall of the White House in French 'Olympus Has Fallen' Poster

Looks like things have really gotten really real

In France the film will be known as La Chute de la Maison Blanche of The Fall of the White House, but here in the States it goes by the super cool name Olympus has Fallen, the new actioner from Antoine Fuqua starring Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart.

The story takes place when the White House (Secret Service Code: "Olympus") is captured by a terrorist mastermind and the President is kidnapped, and disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning (Butler) finds himself trapped within the building. As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning's inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger disaster.

The film hits theaters on March 22 and if you missed the previously released trailer click here to give it a look.

SIDE NOTE: Don't confuse this with White House Down directed by Roland Emmerich and starring Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx. That one comes out in June.

Um, I think you mean "OverSEES"...

I maybe looking too much into this, but maybe Brad purposely put 'overseas' instead of 'oversees' since it's an international poster.

Terrible poster. Butler looks really confused. I'm guessing the source of his bemusement is the question 'why did i say yes to this film?'.

I suspect he's asking himself that question a LOT since '300'.
