George Michael Bluth Fired from 'Knocked Up'?
I think not...
I can't be positive about this, but the following video is made to look like Michael Cera ("Arrested Development") was originally tapped to play the lead role opposite Katherine Heigl in Judd Apatow's Knocked Up, but after what happens in the video a rumor is spreading that Cera was fired due to the incident and replaced by Seth Rogen.
My assumption is that since Cera is starring in the Seth Rogen written and Apatow produced Superbad for Columbia Pictures they all became friends and decided to pull a little David O. Russell recreation and leak it out. Primarily because Cera does not fit this role in the least bit and also doesn't even know the lines from the scene he is playing in. The video is funny, but pretty much it is obviously staged.
Take a look below and if you have an opinion add it to the comments, but my say is Cera was never part of this flick.

Cera is just doing a George Michael Bluth take on the David O Russell incident. There's no way that this is real, it's Arrested Development with a potty mouth.
Yeah, I think they make it last a little too long though. It was great at the beginning and I actually now want to see SUPERBAD even more… Plus it makes me miss Arrested Development… I may have to go pop in the DVDs.
Yeah, this does make me miss AD even more. I already wanted to see Knocked Up, but this did make me go to the Superbad site and lie about my age to see the R-Rated trailer (I'm old enough to see the movie, but not the trailer?), and I will be there opening weekend.
And, Brad, thanks for keeping the podcast going.
Purely fake.
First – George Michael Bluth and Judd Apatow are great friends and this is a less funny version of the David O. Russel incident.
