Freddie Prinze Jr.'s career hasn't exactly been a launching pad to stardom. Granted, everyone knows his name, but when asked to name his last project I am sure you will receive a lot of blank stares. However, it looks like he has his sights set on a new crime thriller named Manslaughter and it is sure to be a doozy…
The mad-cap caper follows five college students looking for fun in the Philippines. The students find themselves embroiled in a manslaughter they try to cover up, leaving them scrambling for their lives. Uh oh, better hide the dead body ya'll!
Conrad Jackson is directing the feature from his own script with production expected to begin filming in May in Los Angeles. Prinze has a cameo role in the film.
Ha, got you to read all that just to tell you our boy is only a producer. You wanna see Prinze on screen you are going to have to keep your eyes out for Brooklyn Rules, which hits theaters on May 18 and stars Alec Baldwin and Mena Suvari.
