Franco and Reno are a Couple of 'Flyboys'
WWI drama set for production.
James Franco, better known as Harry Osborne from the Spider-Man films, and Jean Reno are set to star in Flyboys, a World War I film to be directed by Tony Bill, a man primarily known for his work in television having directed episodes of "Monk" and "Chicago Hope."
The film details the adventures of the Lafayette Escadrille, young American fighter pilots who volunteered for the French military before the U.S. entered WWI.
Electric Entertainment's Dean Devlin is producing the flick with Marc Frydman, and Devlin told Variety, "No one has yet done the ultimate aerial battle film with these kinds of aircraft," which already adds a bit of flare to the flick.
Production is currently scheduled to begin April 18th in the U.K.
