Good Gawd... do we actually agree on a movie absolutely 100% completely? This might just be a first!

As for noms, I would add Original Screenplay to that list. If any film needed an expertly written screenplay in order for it to get by it was definitely this one. The storytelling is beyond magical, every facet working beautifully tandem with all that is around it. It's a cliche, yes, but this is certainly one film where kids and adults should both enjoy themselves equally, enjoyment levels wavering hardly an inch whether the person watching it is six, 60 or 160.

Not since "Fantasia" has an animated film done so much with just sight and sound (and very, very little dialogue, but that one didn't try to tell a cohesive 90-minute story. I've seen others say that this is maybe 80-85% dialogue free. I'd even push that number a little higher. Everything here is done with movement and motion, the why's and the how's every bit as important as the who's and the what's. It is a rapturous adventure that makes you think, not just after you leave the theater, but for days on end as you recall many of the picture's multiple pleasures.

Without a doubt, as of right now this is the movie sensation of 2008.

Animated films can't be nominated for Best Picture. Thanks Beauty and the Beast.

Are you being sarcastic or do I need to correct you?
