FLASH GORDON Rights Land with Sommers at the U
Stephen Sommers (Van Helsing) and his partner Bob Ducasy have landed the rights to Flash Gordon and will be adating the comic into a feature film for Universal Pictures.
Flash Gordon hit comic strips in 1934 and was turned into a feature film directed by Dino De Laurentiis and starring Max von Sydow as Flash Gordon nemesis Ming the Merciless, and was also released by Universal.
