Fishburne Deals Up '21'
New Vegas-set thriller picks up Morpheus
In my opinion Laurence Fishburne and Freddy Rodriguez were the only two things good about Emilio Estevez's Bobby and on top of that I even enjoyed Fish in M:i III so I am excited to see what is next for the ex-Morpheus and it just might be 21 for Columbia Pictures as The Hollywood Reporter he is in final negotiations to board the pic.
The film is based on Ben Mezrich's best-seller, "Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six M.I.T. Students Who Took Vegas for Millions." Fishburne will play a Vegas security chief who hunts down the group. Kevin Spacey makes a small appearance in the film and also serves as producer alongside Dana Brunetti and Michael De Luca.
The cast already has Jim Sturgess, Masi Oka, Liza Lapira and Josh Gad aboard and filming is set to begin next month in Boston and Las Vegas.
