JFXOnline has posted several snaps of "Heroes" star Zachary Quinto with his Vulcan ears applied as he begins filming Star Trek for director J.J. Abrams.

Star Trek is currently filming for an anticipated Christmas 2008 release. Quinto is best known as the evil Sylar on NBC's "Heroes".
