I guess it's important to let you know the first poster and official image for Disney's Tron Legacy have arrived as they debuted on MSN today. Above is a look at Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund as Quorra and Sam Flynn respectively, and below is a look at the poster.
You can get a slightly larger look at both images in our gallery right here and a brand new synopsis is just below.
Tron Legacy is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that’s unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the digital world of Tron where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey of escape across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
Tron Legacy hits theaters on December 17, 2010.

Yup, this was my guilty pleasure when I was a kid. The video game, the movie … I still love to watch Tron. Now, I have a chance to get my inner kid-nerd up and running again.

Saw the Comi-Con footage a few months ago and I was very impressed. My enthusiasm for the film increased three-fold after the appearance of Jeff Bridges at the end of the segment. This film looks really good.
Looks cool and I heard that Daft Punk will be doing the soundtrack. It makes me wonder if it is just going to be like Thomas Bangalter's Irreversible or if it will be actually good. That OST had some good beats, but it was overly repetitive.
