First Footage of Rob Marshall's 'Nine' is Here
One of those 2009 "can't wait" films
UPDATE: Forget the footage below, click here for the full-sized trailer… You won't regret it!
Last night "Entertainment Tonight" showed a preview of the upcoming musical adaptation of Federico Fellini's Nine which stars such top talent as Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson, Daniel Day-Lewis and Stacy Ferguson.
Unfortunately the video that has shown up online at this point is quite shoddy, but I will be sure to update it once a better version is available.
Nine is directed by Rob Marshall (Chicago) was inspired by the Federico Fellini film 8 1/2 and focused on Guido (Day-Lewis) a film director stuck in neutral as he tries to make a film while haunted by the demands of all the women in his life, including a wife, mistress and even his deceased mother. It is set to be released on November 25.
