Pretty revealing...

Oh man, spoilers ahead, Columbia has revealed the first clip from The Amazing Spider-Man and it is sure to get you into theaters as Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) has a conversation with Gwen Stacey's (Emma Stone) doorman played by "Rescue Me" star John Scurti. It's riveting stuff.
This is just one of the many pieces of marketing material to come out of the film's viral campaign which is taking place at MarkoftheSpider-Man.com, which has also been setting up tagging events around the country where fans have been getting together and spray-painting the Spider-Man logo all over the city. Over at FirstShowing, Alex Billington recently participated in the Los Angeles effort and posted images and video from his night on the town.
The Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters on July 3, for more information, pictures and videos from the film click here. The clip can be watched directly below.

Vandalism. Yea. As long as it's someone else's headache of scrubbing / repainting / paying for the repainting, etc. If it allows you to be a studio's marketing tool free of charge, then that's just awesome. I hope there's more information to this article than it appears, like Sony is paying for the space that they're encouraging to be vandalized. (Too grumpy old man?)
Actually it was all coordinated and organized with the cities involved. Nothing illegal about it. I provided a link in this story to all the details, just click on it… just a little click.
Too much to ask, lol.
My my, this sure is an Oscar worthy scene, do you not concur?
I thought it was gonna be Bruce Campbell…though I guess that would make very little sense.
Woulda been more riveting though.
I went to the movies yesterday and saw an Amazing Spiderman poster that said "THE UNTOLD STORY".
WTF? What kind of marketing is that? Everyone knows this is a remake. I wanted to punch the poster.
