In the highly-anticipated Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, debuting June 24, 2009, Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) again joins with the Autobots® against their sworn enemies, the Decepticons®. Michael Bay directs from a screenplay by Ehren Kruger & Roberto Orci & Alex Kurtzman.


Not being a fan of the original Transformers my expectations for this film are relatively low, but my hopes remain high. I have avoided any and all trailers and am going in with the expectation of a few awful jokes, lots of explosions and even more robot battles. All-in-all I think my strategy is going to help me like this sequel much more than I liked the original.


Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was directed by Michael Bay and the MPAA has rated it PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi action violence, language, some crude and sexual material, and brief drug material.

The cast includes Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Rainn Wilson, Isabel Lucas, Matthew Marsden, Darius McCrary and Ramon Rodriguez.
