Farrell Talks 'Bond' and 'Vice'
Not so candid words from Colin Farrell
Colin Farrell has never been known to keep his opinions to himself and in an interview with LatinoReview while promoting Alexander he let fly his opinions on his upcoming role in the Miami Vice feature film as well as his thoughts on Pierce Brosnan pointing him out as a likely successor for the Bond franchise.
"As I've said already 15 times today, Pierce has fucked me," Farrell said. "He just shot that out. It's great to think that he has that much faith in me but I have no idea. I haven't heard a thing about it except for Pierce and I don't think they're listening to him for casting."
As for his role in Vice he was asked about the clothing and whether or not they would be different from those worn in the show, "I hope, Jesus. One would hope to be stuck in 2004 wearing a silver shiny fucking suit with the sleeves rolled up and the baggy pants. It wouldn't be very good undercover, definitely."
