Ewan and Sophie Have a 'Sexual Nature'
Blum debuts with talented two.
Edward Blum is not exactly a big name in Hollywood, hell I have no idea who he is, but he has managed to rope Ewan McGregor and Sophie Okonedo (Hotel Rwanda) for his directorial debut of Scenes of a Sexual Nature. You have to wonder if McGregor's turn as Ed Blum in Tim Burton's Big Fish had any effect on his casting… just a thought.
The film is described by Variety as a sexually-charged comedy that explores seven couples' relationships during one afternoon on Hampstead Heath, north London.
Along with McGregor and Okonedo the film will star Hugh Bonneville, Andrew Lincoln, Gina McKee, Eileen Atkins, Benjamin Whitrow, Douglas Hodge, Mark Strong, Polly Walker, Adrian Lester, Holly Aird, Catherine Tate and Tom Hardy.
The film began a three-week shoot on July 31st based on Scribe Aschlin Ditta's script.
