Eric Red Takes Famke '100 Feet'
New film for 'Hitcher' scripter
Eric Red is best known as the screenwriter of the original The Hitcher which was recently remade and released this year for Rogue Pictures. However, he hopes to be known for more than that now as he has signed on to write and direct thriller 100 Feet with Jonathan Sanger's Grand Illusions Entertainment.
Red has already cast Bobby Cannavale and Famke Janssen in the flick which centers on a woman who murders her abusive husband and is then haunted by his ghost.
Production is scheduled to begin on the flick shortly.
