Emma Stone's New Spider-Man 'do
Look at those blond locks
Photo: Just Jared
Thanks to Just Jared (via /F) you get the above look at Emma Stone with her new hairdo for her upcoming role as Gwen Stacy in Marc Webb's Untitled Spider-Man Reboot.
The image to the left was taken of Stone back in 2009 and if you ask me she's hardly recognizable with the overwhelming amount of mascara and blond locks. Any thoughts?
The film is set to go into production this month for a July 3, 2012 release date.

Eh. She's a better red-head…
Or is that brown? Had a redish look to it the first time…
Well, she's gotta be blonde to portray Gwen Stacy, right?
Man, look how pretty she is on the left? The magic's completely gone on the right. :(
I'm sure she will be great in the part. As for the looks… I hate to say that I am not digging it at first sight. Maybe once they put her in the outfits, it will look better. She'll always be a smokin' hot redhead to me. I'll take the real Emma Stone on the left any day.
She had to dye her hair Red originally because she wasn't getting any roles with her natural blonde color. I think it washes her out and her eyes look like Amanda Seyfried now with the straight hair looking like Taylor Swift. She no longer looks unique. I hope Sony knows what they are doing, it would have helped to have seen her with the blonde before giving her the job.
Red is better on her.
All this fuss just because Emma Stone went back to her roots (see what I did there)?
Just be glad that she didn't crop her hair, along with the likes of Emma Watson, Hayden Panitiere, Mia Wasikowska, Carey Mulligan etc.
I'm beginning to wonder if this is the right career move for Stone. Before this blonde mishap (and don't get me wrong, I still find her immensely attractive), I'd have gone so far as to call her the most beautiful woman in the world.
I don't see why the Gwen Stacy character even has to be blonde.
I think she looks great. It doesnt seem to me that her changing her hair color for a movie which is likely to be huge is a bad career move.
she looks good either way
