SYNOPSIS:
During his last day at the CIA, a veteran agent (Robert Redford) must mastermind the rescue of his protege (Brad Pitt), who's been captured by the Chinese while on a personal mission. The movie is filmed as a series of flashbacks, showing the history and relationship between the spies.
