Prey for Rock & Roll (DVD)

Prey for Rock & Roll is the adrenaline-filled story of a contemporary LA all-girl rock band led by singer/guitarist Jacki (Gershon), bassist Tracy (de Matteo), lead guitarist Faith (Petty), and drummer Sally (Cole) and also stars Marc Blucas and Ivan Martin. The directorial debut of esteemed music supervisor/producer Alex Steyermark, the film captures the color and energy of a veteran band struggling to make it while personal obstacles and disturbing new events threaten to tear them apart. Based on rocker Cheri Lovedog's autobiographical rock musical, "Prey for Rock and Roll" is a riveting and authentic portrait of the rock and roll lifestyle. Gershon, who stars in the film, also produced the picture and sings all of her vocals live in the film.
