Dunst Takes On Blondie
Not a big news story, but here it is
This was a rumor some time back, but Variety has posted a short little interview with Kirsten Dunst she gave at ShoWest confirming that the 24-year-old actress will be taking on a role as Deborah Harry, lead singer of the rock group Blondie.
There is no word exactly on what the storyline of the biopic will be, but if I remember correctly I think Michel Gondry was going to direct.
Another project mentioned in the article is one in which Dunst will portray an Afghani/Iraqi relief worker Marla Ruzicka. There is no other news on that one either. Full of information aren't I? Well here is some, I give you "Heart of Glass" brought to you by the apparent non-copyright infringing YouTube. Yay! One thing is certain, Dunst really does look the part.
