Duff is an OUTWARD BLONDE
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Hillary Duff has committed to star in Miramax Films' comedy Outward Blonde.
The project, sold to the mini-major as a pitch by Kayla Alpert in June 2000, centers on a materialistic New York girl who gets sent on an Outward Bound program after she fails gym class.
