'Destroy All Humans!'

It's only natural to try to find story ideas for movies anywhere possible but I am beginning to highly doubt the potential of all these video game adaptations as vid maker THQ has now hired United Talent Agency Inc. to head up its effort to make a movie based on its recently released game "Destroy All Humans!"
The game allows gamers to take on the role of aliens sent to Earth to control humans and harvest their brain stems before destroying them, which basically means we have another War of the Worlds on our hands and I don't expect Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg to headline this one.
