Denzel is Spike's 'Inside Man'
Washington and Lee are working together again.
BlackFilm.com has landed quite the scoop detailing that Denzel Washington and Spike Lee will be working again in a movie apparently called Inside Man.
The news came during and afterparty at Washington's theater opening of Julius Caesar, Denzel mentioned that his next film would be with Spike Lee, and according to Lee, "It’s called Inside Man, and we start shooting it shortly after [Denzel] finishes his run on Broadway. It’s something different for Denzel and me. This is our fourth time working together (Mo’ Better, then Malcolm X and He Got Game). I’m looking forward to working with him again."
BlackFilm reports that production will begin in June and the film centers on a tough cop trying to foil a smart thief's bank robbery.
