Columbus is ENCHANTED
The director of the first two Harry Potter films, Chris Columbus, has just closed a deal with Warner Bros. to direct Slanted and Enchanted, a dramatic comedy about a recovered pathological liar who must return home and interact with his parents in order to unravel the mystery of his sister's illness. Things spiral out of control, though, as he falls into self-destructive patterns.
While, not exactly a Potter film, the movie is expected to have some Potter-like magic at the center of its story.
