Coens Begin Casting 'Serious' Men
An unlikely duo headline next Coen feature
After the black comedy Burn After Reading hits theaters next month the Coen brothers will begin work on A Serious Man and they have cast Richard Kind (best known from "Spin City") and the Tony-nominated actor Michael Stauhlbarg in the lead roles.
A Serious Man is a period black comedy set in 1967. The story centers on Larry Gopnik (Stuhlbarg), a Midwestern professor whose life begins to unravel when his wife sets out to leave him and his socially inept brother (Kind) won't move out of the house.
The pic is set to begin filming at the beginning of next month in Minneapolis. Joel and Ethan Coen co-wrote the screenplay.

I believe it should say Kind was in "Spin City", rather than "Sin City". I kept trying to figure out who on earth he played in Sin City :)
Right you are! :)
Haha. Richar Kindd in a Coen film. Now that is interesting. But as always. I believe in Coen.
