Oded Fehr is best known to audiences as Ardeth Bay in the blockbuster hits The Mummy and The Mummy Returns. The Mummy was Fehr's first major screen role, which garnered him the title of People's Sexiest Import in 1999. Director Steven Sommers was so impressed by Fehr that he chose not to kill off the character and instead brought back Ardeth Bay for a more prominent role in the sequel, which grossed $70 million in its first week. Fehr's additional film credits include playing an Italian gigolo opposite Rob Schneider in Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo and the western drama Texas Rangers.

On television, Fehr recently starred with Dana Delaney in the John Wells drama Presidio Med. He also starred in the crime drama series UC: Undercover. In addition, he appeared in the made-for-television movies Arabian Nights and Cleopatra.

Fehr trained at the famed Old Vic Theatre School in England, and after graduation, he landed the lead role in a production of Don Juan Comes Back From War at the Courtyard Theatre in London.
