Marcos Siega was born and raised in Queens, New York. His early years were spent touring and recording as a member of a punk band called Bad Trip. Siega seamlessly transistioned into directing award-winning music videos and has scores of them to his credit. His feature film debut for Miramax, The Underclassman, began airing on January 7. Siega recently partnered with Matthew Weaver and Carl Levin to form Prospect Pictures, a film and television production company based in Los Angeles.
