Crispin Hellion Glover has been known to many as an actor, recording artist, and publisher/writer for more than 25 years. Upon becoming a professional actor at 14, he did not use his given middle name as he felt that acting was an interpretive art, and therefore not his whole self. He continued to use his middle name for his writing and various artworks; however, as the director, writer, editor, and presenter of the film What Is It?, he therefore uses his entire name.
