Campbell Cast for 'Partition'
Neve finds her way into another indie feature.
It seems after the Scream trilogy Neve Campbell doesn't exactly have an urge to return to a major studio project as her career seems to be doing quite well in the indie feature section, and she has found her way into yet another as she is in final negotiations to join Jimi Mistry and Kristin Kreuk in the Indian epic Partition.
Campbell will play the passionate but lonely Margaret Stilwell, a woman who helps Gian Singh (Mistry), who resigns from the British Indian Army to live a quiet life in his village in northern India. His world is thrown into turmoil when he falls in love with a 17-year-old girl (Kreuk) who is traumatized by the events that separate her from her family as India is divided into two countries.
The film will be directed by Vic Sarin who co-wrote the feature with Patricia Finn.
