Burton's 'Alice in Wonderland' Gets Dueling Witches
Bonham Carter and Hathaway join the cast
In a bold move Tim Burton has once again cast his main squeeze, Helena Bonham Carter, in his latest film Alice in Wonderland, but in a slightly less expected move he has also cast Anne Hathaway. The two will play the dueling Red and White Queens in the flick.
Carter will play the Red Queen ("Off with their heads!") who has deposed and banished the White Queen (Hathaway), a benevolent monarch who needs Alice to slay a creature known as the Bandersnatch.
Alice is played by Mia Wasikowska while Johnny Depp also reunites with Tim Burton as the Mad Hatter. The film will use a combination of live action and performance-capture technology to tell the Lewis Carroll story.
The film is rumored to be heading toward being released in 3-D on March 5, 2010.

I knew it. I read here (http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.php) Anne Hathaway lost pounds by starving herself for a role. All celebrities talk about workouts and healthy organic life, and behind the “curtains” they just starve themselves to lose weight.
Cool for Anne. Will this be live or animated??
Are the two married yet? I thought they were only engaged, could be wrong.
NVM apparently it's a combo of both. Reading online articles at work isn't a good idea.
Awwww, you're right, they aren't married. Nice catch…
