The picture above is obviously the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly featuring Josh Brolin and Elizabeth Banks as George W. Bush and Laura Bush in Oliver Stone's upcoming Bush biopic W.
The magazine apparently will feature more looks at the flick including a peek at the script, which I already dissected right here.
It appears, based simply on the words on the cover, this film will never be taken seriously. Anyone discussing the film so far has only managed to focus on the more controversial portions of the script including the drinking, the swearing and the daddy issues. This is going to hurt the film's credibility since these are all behind-the-doors scenes in the script that cannot, most likely, be proven.
The script does touch on some more important themes. Time will tell if they actually ever see the light of day when conversation of this film begins to bubble.
