Broken Lizard Sells Cracked Nuts
New sports comedy from the wacky troupe.
Broken Lizard, the boys behind The Dukes of Hazzard, Super Troopers and Club Dread, have just sold their sports comedy Nutcracker to Warner Bros. This deal marks the group's first project since signing a three-year first-look deal with the studio. Broken Lizard is made up of Hazzard director Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanske.
Nutcracker centers on the nastiest and dirtiest linebacker in the NFL who, when he starts to lose his skills, reluctantly turns to ballet to get his game back.
