Bonham Carter Cast as Bellatrix
Actress replaces Helen McCrory...
It seems Helen McCrory's pregnancy has just earned her a spot on the bench for the upcoming Harry Potter feature, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix as she has no been replaced by Helena Bonham Carter as Death Eater Bellatrix Lestrange.
McCrory's pregnancy would have collided with the filming of some Ministry of Magic scenes at which time she would have been "heavily pregnant", which didn't exactly fit in with the storyline.
From CBBC Newsround additional casting comes as they report the following:
- Care of Magical Creatures teacher Professor Grubbly-Plank has gone to Apple Brook.
- Young Sirius will be played by James Walters
- Young Lupin by James Utechin
- Young Snape will be played by Alec Hopkins
- Actor Jason Piper has also been cast in the part of the Bane the Centaur
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is due to be released in July 2007.
