Batman vs. Superman

I was screwing around while I wrote an article called "Isn't It Too Early for a Superman Restart?" and made a Superman poster based on the Dark Knight poster. Here was the resulting comparison. I personally think I did a pretty damn good job considering I have zero graphics design training. You can click it for a slightly larger version and here for the Superman poster alone.

Helen Mirren Still Hot at “Almost” 65

Helen Mirren turns 64 on July 26 and after just watching The Long Good Friday just recently, which Mirren starred in 28 years ago (she was definitely hot back then) it is amazing to see just how well she has aged. Seriously, I think you will be shocked at how impressive this pic is considering Mirren's age. You can find even more here.

Picture of the Day: Baby Thrown from Burning Building and Lives

An AFP photographer has captured this dramatic image of a baby being thrown to emergency workers from a blazing German apartment building. The baby survived yesterday's fire after being tossed from the third floor but AP reported that at least nine others – five of them children – died in the fire in the city of Ludwigshafen.
